I don't have an IT department. Will the DVXPro be hard to figure out?
No! The DVXPro is designed for the small to mid-sized business that may not have a dedicated IT professional. But, even if you DO have an IT person, the DVXPro can leverage your existing resources and free your IT person up to handle the more pressing matters at hand.
My company is growing. Will I need to purchase another complete DVXPro in the future?
The DVXPro can be added on to. The storage capacities are only limited by the size of the drives that are inserted into the unit. More specific information can be provided upon request.
My company is using Virtual Machines. Can we use the DVXPro?
Absolutely!
Are there any operating systems that are not supported?
We support most operating systems including Mac, Linux, Windows, Unix and even multiple VMs, too.

How do I know that my data is safe?
The DVXPro series offers BeyondRAID™ technology. The Drobo units let you know when a drive is beginning to fail (as all drives do eventually.) Encryption happens on the fly and your onsite solution is complete.
Do I have to buy other software to back up my computers?
No the Drobo Pro series has the software built in. Just CLICK and USE. We even have the offsite backup software ready for you any time you want it.
